The Faculty Board of the Medical Faculty Magdeburg is responsible for the strategic orientation and further development of the faculty. We are committed to providing excellent research conditions, high-quality teaching, and successful career development for our employees. Our goal is to make the faculty future-proof and modern.

Our tasks include, among other things:

• Developing structural and target plans
• Coordinating with the board of the Magdeburg University Hospital A.ö.R.
• Preparing appointment proposals
• Budget planning
• Transparent communication with the faculty council
