Nursing requires more than just expertise—it thrives on commitment, compassion, and perseverance. Zeki Keles, Gözde Devici, and Arzu Karakaya have proven just that. On August 14, 2025, the big day arrived: the nursing directorate at House 18 celebrated their successful completion of the knowledge test and their official recognition as nursing professionals.

For five decades, Ms Rosemarie Linke has been a fixture at Magdeburg University Hospital. With impressive consistency, great professional competence and tireless commitment, she has shaped our institution. We congratulate her warmly on this extraordinary anniversary!

The University of Magdeburg once again invited alumni to its traditional reunion this year. Graduates from the classes of 1965 and 1975 of the former Medical Academy were honored at a ceremony on the campus of the Faculty of Medicine.
