27.10.2025 -

On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the Tumorzentrum Magdeburg/Sachsen-Anhalt e.V. invites you to the “25th Information Day ‘Active Against Cancer’” at the Johanniskirche Magdeburg. The event offers numerous opportunities to talk to experts about healthy living, prevention, early cancer detection, and new diagnostic and treatment options.

Visitors, relatives, and those affected can expect a varied program with lectures, discussion panels, and information stands on early detection, diagnosis, treatment, and aftercare for cancer. Experts from certified institutions in the region, as well as self-help groups and counseling centers, will be available for personal and professional discussions. A special highlight is the oversized breast model, which illustrates benign and malignant changes in the breast and provides information about the early cancer detection program. Admission is free and registration is not required.
