Female Career Days 2023
Die diesjährigen Female Career Days 2023 finden unter dem Motto "My individual career perspectives" vom 4. bis 6. Oktober 2023 sowohl vor Ort im Roncalli-Haus Magdeburg sowie online statt.
Am ersten Tag (04.10.2023, in Präsenz) haben die Teilnehmenden die Möglichkeit, erfolgreiche weibliche Vorbilder aus der Wissenschaft zu treffen und sich von ihnen inspirieren zu lassen. Neben spannenden Vorträgen und geplanten Diskussionsrunden wird professionelle Unterstützung in Form von individuellen Lebenslauf-Checks und Lebenslauf-Fotoshootings angeboten.
Am zweiten Tag (05.10.2023, online) laufen parallel stattfindende Workshops zum Thema "Selbstpräsentation - Selbstbewusst Nein sagen" oder "Networking als Schlüssel zum Erfolg".
Am dritten Tag (06.10.2023, online) werden den Teilnehmenden individuelle Karriere-Coaching-Sitzungen von 45 Minuten angeboten.
Anmeldung
Dieses Jahr gibt es ein zweistufiges Anmeldeverfahren. Zunächst registrieren Sie sich für die gesamte Veranstaltung bis zum 15. August 2023. Nach Ablauf der Anmeldefrist besteht die Möglichkeit, sich für die einzelnen Angebote wie Workshops, Lebenslauf-Checks, Lebenslauf-Fotoshootings und Karriere-Coachings über einen separaten Anmeldelink anzumelden, der nach dem 15. This year's Female Career Days 2023 will take place under the motto "My individual career perspectives" from October 4 to 6, 2023, both on-site at Roncalli-Haus Magdeburg and online.
At the first day (04.10.2023, in presence), participants will get the chance to meet and get inspired by successful female role models from the scientific community. In addition to the exciting talks and planned round table discussions, professional support in the form of individual CV checks and CV photo shoots will be offered.
At the second day (05.10.2023, online), parallel workshops on “Self-presentation – How to say no with confidence” or „Networking as a key to success“ will run.
At the third day (06.10.2023, online), participants will be offered individual career coaching sessions of 45 min.
Registration
This year, there is a 2-step-registration process. Initially, you register for the entire event until 15.08.2023. After the registration deadline, everyone will have the opportunity to register for the individual offers such as workshops, CV checks, CV photo shoots and career coaching sessions through a separate registration link sent by email after August, 15th.
